Creating an Account
Accounts are created and managed by the admin.
Logging In
- Download Konvoxa from the App Store
- Open the app and sign in using credentials provided by admin
- Each account works on only one device for security
2. Using Konvoxa
Starting a Voice Meeting
- Tap Start Meeting on the home screen
- All participants join via voice only
Joining a Voice Meeting
- Tap Join Meeting
- Ensure microphone permissions are enabled
Ending a Meeting
- Tap End Meeting to leave
- Recordings are saved per privacy settings
3. Account & Device Management
- One device per account for security
- To change devices, contact your admin
4. Privacy & Security
- Voice meetings are recorded to improve service quality
- Device IDs are used only for authentication
- No advertising or tracking usage
- All data is stored securely
5. Troubleshooting
Audio Issues
- Enable microphone permission
- Check volume and speaker
- Restart the app
Login Issues
- Use correct credentials
- Log out from other device if already logged in
- Reset password if required
App Crashes or Freezes
- Restart your device
- Update Konvoxa to latest version
- Contact support if issue continues
